Blood Pressure Mark Privacy Policy

Last Updated: October 15, 2026

Blood Pressure Mark (the “App”) provides tools for manually recording blood pressure information, reviewing historical entries, viewing trends, calculating BMI, and keeping personal sleep records.

This Privacy Policy explains what information may be processed when you use the App, why it may be used, when it may be disclosed, and which privacy choices may be available to you.

By downloading, installing, or using Blood Pressure Mark, you confirm that you have reviewed and accepted this Policy. If you disagree with any part of it, please stop using the App and remove it from your device.

1. Information We May Process

The information involved may depend on the App version, the functions you use, your device, your permission choices, and the third-party components included in the applicable release.

An optional pulse value;

Height and weight used for BMI calculation;

Sleep time, wake-up time, or sleep duration where supported;

The App may use these entries to display historical records, trend charts, averages, BMI results, sleep history, and other general summaries.

Blood pressure values and optional pulse values must be entered manually from a separate measuring device or another source. Sleep records are also based on information entered by you and do not represent a clinical sleep assessment.

Health records are stored locally on your device by default. Their contents are not provided to advertising SDKs for advertisement selection or profiling.

Automated Technical Processing

The App and integrated SDKs may automatically generate limited device, diagnostic, usage, advertising, attribution, and security information during normal operation.

Where consent is required by applicable law, the relevant optional processing will begin only after your choice has been recorded.

Information from Outside Providers

Advertising and attribution providers may supply limited campaign information, such as the source associated with an installation or advertisement interaction.

Information described in this Policy may be used to:

Save and display blood pressure records entered by you;

Show earlier readings, trends, charts, averages, and summaries;

Calculate BMI from the height and weight information you provide;

4. Local Storage, Retention, and Deletion

Blood pressure entries, optional pulse values, BMI-related information and sleep records remain on your device unless you remove them or uninstall the App.

You may use the available App functions to review, correct, or delete locally stored records.

Your operating system may handle device backups or restoration according to its own settings. Removing the App may also remove locally stored information, depending on your device configuration.

Because we do not maintain a server copy of locally stored health records, we cannot retrieve a record after it has been deleted or is no longer available on your device.

Technical logs, analytics events, advertising records, crash information, fraud-prevention signals, and support communications may be retained only for the period reasonably required for their stated purposes or for a longer period where required by law.

Third-party providers apply the retention practices described in their own privacy notices.

5. Information Sharing and Disclosure

We may make limited technical, diagnostic, advertising, or support information available to providers that assist with:

Advertising delivery and measurement;

Analytics and event reporting;

Crash diagnostics;

Campaign attribution;

Fraud detection;

Technical operations;

User support.

Depending on their role, these providers may process information under our instructions or independently under their own privacy terms.

We do not intentionally provide locally stored blood pressure values, BMI details, sleep records to advertising or analytics providers.

Information may also be disclosed where reasonably necessary to:

Comply with applicable law;

Respond to a valid court order or lawful government request;

Investigate fraud, misuse, or security incidents;

Protect individuals or the public from harm;

Establish, exercise, or defend legal rights.

7. Cookies and Advertising Choices

Blood Pressure Mark does not directly use traditional website cookies for its core health-recording functions.

However, advertisements, embedded webpages, analytics SDKs, or other external components may use local identifiers, pixels, cookies, or comparable technologies to:

Measure advertisement activity;

Remember privacy choices;

Connect related interaction events;

Detect invalid advertising traffic;

Understand general App usage.

Where applicable law requires consent, optional analytics or personalized advertising will remain inactive until a valid choice has been recorded.

Depending on your Android version, system advertising controls may allow you to reset or delete the advertising identifier or limit advertisement personalization.

Changing an advertising preference does not necessarily remove all advertisements. Advertisements selected without an interest profile may still be displayed.

8. Information Security and International Processing

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures intended to reduce the risk of unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, loss, misuse, or destruction of information under our control.

The security of locally stored health and sleep records also depends on your device, screen lock, operating system, and other protection measures selected by you.

No digital transmission or storage method can eliminate every possible security risk.

Advertising, analytics, attribution, and technical service providers may process limited information in countries other than the country where you live.

Where applicable law requires additional protection for international transfers, recognized contractual or legal safeguards may be used.

Health records that remain exclusively on your device are not transferred internationally by the core recording functions.

9. Your Rights under the GDPR

Depending on your country or region, applicable privacy law may give you rights concerning eligible personal information.

You may ask whether we process personal information relating to you and request a copy of eligible information under our control.

Correction

You may request that inaccurate information be corrected or incomplete information be supplemented.

Deletion

You may ask for eligible personal information to be removed where an applicable legal ground exists.

Restriction

You may request limits on certain processing activities in circumstances recognized by law.

Data Portability

Where the relevant legal conditions are met, you may request eligible information you provided in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format.

Withdrawal of Consent

You may withdraw a consent choice for future processing. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before your choice was changed.

Regulatory Complaint

You may submit a complaint to the data protection authority responsible for your country or region.

Local blood pressure records, BMI information, and sleep records can be reviewed, corrected, or removed directly through the App where the corresponding function is available.

To submit another privacy request, use the contact information in Section 13. We may ask for limited verification information before completing a request.

For California residents, applicable law may also provide rights to know about eligible information, request correction or deletion, opt out of qualifying advertising-related sharing, and exercise privacy rights without unlawful discrimination.

10. Children’s Privacy

Blood Pressure Mark is not directed to children under 13 or to anyone below a higher minimum age required by applicable law.

We do not knowingly request personal information from children below the applicable age threshold.

If we discover that a child has submitted personal information contrary to this Policy, we will take reasonable steps to remove it.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may revise this Privacy Policy when App functions, technical requirements, third-party services, information practices, or applicable laws change.

The updated version will display a revised “Last Updated” date and indicate when it becomes effective.

Where additional notice or a new consent choice is required by law, it will be provided before the related processing begins.

Continuing to use Blood Pressure Mark after a revised Policy becomes effective indicates that you have reviewed the updated version.

12. Medical and Health Disclaimer

Blood Pressure Mark is a personal health-recording and general reference tool. It is not a medical device and does not independently measure blood pressure, pulse, sleep quality, or other physiological indicators.

Blood pressure and optional pulse values must be obtained from a separate measuring device or another appropriate source and entered manually.

Sleep records are based on information supplied by you. They do not constitute medical-grade sleep monitoring and should not be used to diagnose a sleep disorder.

BMI results, charts, trends, averages, sleep summaries, and other information displayed by the App are provided for general reference only. They do not constitute a medical diagnosis, prescription, treatment plan, or professional healthcare advice.

Do not begin, stop, or change medication, treatment, diet, sleep-related treatment, or another health plan solely because of information displayed in the App.

If you have concerns about a reading, symptom, sleep problem, medication, or treatment, consult a qualified healthcare professional. In an urgent or life-threatening situation, contact the emergency services available in your area.
